Xinjiang Zhengtong Oil & Gas Co., LTD. (referred to as "Zhengtong Oil & Gas") is a reformed enterprise of China National Petroleum Corporation. Zhengtong Oil & Gas was re-registered with the industry and Commerce Department at No. 6200, Jinxi 1st Street, Petrochemical Industrial Park, Karamay City on August 18, 2015. Registered capital: RMB 218.36 million.
Zhengtong Oil & Gas is a large joint-stock enterprise integrating oil and gas field exploration and development and comprehensive engineering technology research, covering geophysical exploration, drilling, well logging, logging, fracturing, oil testing, downhole operations, oil construction and other petroleum engineering technical services, and has the ability to undertake the overall development of oil and gas field blocks.
